Davidson takes charge of the hotly anticipated final when reigning champions England take on France at the Twickenham Stoop at 14:00 (BST).

This will be the second match of the Women’s Six Nations 2021 as referee for Cox and Davidson, but the first for Munarini after the Italian official had to be replaced for a round one match after contracting COVID-19.

Munarini, who recently became the first Italian female match official to take charge of a men’s Peroni TOP 10 match earlier this month, has also been appointed to referee the France v England match in Villeneuve d’Ascq on 30 April, a standalone match between the two most successful teams in Women’s Six Nations history.
