Accelerate Programme: Strategic Planning Toolkit

World Rugby's Accelerate Programme is focused on driving sustainable growth across the whole game; through support to Unions to develop their capabilities and expertise in order to maximize the opportunities to grow rugby on and off the pitch.

The Accelerate Programme focuses on a strategic approach to grow and sustain rugby, led by the Women and Girls’ game.

A core element of the Programme is through the creation of digital tools and resources. World Rugby has developed a Strategic Planning Toolkit that covers the below key areas with a whole game focus. Though the Toolkit has a focused lens on the female game a lot of the information outlined can equally be applied to all areas of developing and growing rugby across Unions.
